The Donkey Mill Art Center presents “Sensei and Sensibilities,” an exhibition that showcases the fine artwork of its teaching artists alongside the art of its students. The show runs through Oct. 6 in the main gallery.
The exhibit, which includes ceramics, paintings, photography and handcrafted ukuleles, is free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. An artist’s reception is planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 6.
Participating artists include Amber Aguirre, Lee Ballard, Lynn Capell, Kathleen Carr, Anne Catlin, Robert Corsair, Heide Cumes, Allyson Durkin, Eric Edwards, Elizabeth Ferrill, Kate and Will Jacobson, Cliff Johns, Linda Jo Kolder, Leo Koschella, Lindsey Landar, Glenn Lawler, Cris Lindborg, Janet Lipps, Gerald Lucena, Yarrow Lutz, John Matsushita, Linda Meyer, Hiroki Morinoue, Miho Morinoue, Setsuko Morinoue, Aaron Nishina, Deborah Ozaki, Devyn Park, Sam Rosen, Claire Seastone, Scott Seymour, Esther Shimazu, Randy Shiroma, Victoria Stenlake and Leslie Steinwachs.
