Juanita Mangayayam
Juanita Collong Mangayayam, 83, of Kailua -Kona, died Jan. 14 in the Philippines. She was a retired teacher and member of Central Kona Union Church.
Friends may call at 6 p.m. Feb. 3 at Central Kona Union Church in Kealakekua for a 7 p.m. service. Friends again may call at 8 a.m. Feb. 4 at the church for a 9 a.m. service. Burial follows at the Central Kona Union Church Cemetery.
She is survived by sons, Lemuel (Cionie) Mangayam, of Kealakekua, Arthur (Iris) Mangayayam and Baldo (Julie) Mangayayam, both of Kailua-Kona; sisters, Maria Annaguey and Avelina Floresca, both of Candon City, Ilocos Sur, Philippines; seven grandchildren.

Ellen Tateishi
Ellen “ET” Eiko Tateishi, 50, of Hilo, died Jan. 27 at Hilo Medical Center. Born Aug. 7, 1961, in Lihue, Kauai, she was a retired office assistant at the Hawaii Community College, Records and Internal Data Management Office.
Friends may call at 3 p.m. Feb. 4 at Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin, 398 Kilauea Ave., for a 4 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn and flowers omitted.
She is survived by husband, Floyd Yoshimoto, of Hilo; mother, Aster Tateishi, of Kalaheo, Kauai; sisters, Fay Tateishi and Laurie Tateishi, both of Kalaheo, Kauai, Diane Kent, of Hilo, Toni Uchima, of Torrance, Calif.; three nephews; two nieces; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Linda Beech
Linda Corley Beech, 86, of Honokaa, died Jan. 5 at Hale Hoola Hamakua. Born in Honolulu, she retired as a doctor of psychology.
Private services were held.
She is survived by sons, Barnaby Beech, of Honolulu, Walter Beech, of Moorpark, Calif.; sister, Charlotte Mangelsdorf Holmes, of Hilo; nieces and nephews.

Teruo Ezuka
Teruo Ezuka, 87, Keauhou and formerly of Naalehu, died Dec. 27 at Life Care Center of Kona. Born Jan. 27, 1924, in Naalehu, he was a retired painter for the former Hutchinson Sugar Co. and member of Kona Hongwanji Mission.
Private services were held. Family requests no monetary gifts.
He is survived by brother, Koozo (Mieko) Ezuka, of North Carolina; sister, Ayako (Tamotsu) Shintaku, of Pearl City, Oahu; numerous nieces and nephews.
Harue Kaneshiro
Harue Kaneshiro, 90, of Pepeekeo, died Jan. 7 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born Jan. 2, 1922, in Amauulu Camp No.4, she was retired from Mauna Kea Sugar Co. and member of Hakalau Jodo Mission Kyodan and Fujinkai, RSVP, Hui Okinawa and Hakalau Senior Citizens.
Private services were held. Family requests monetary gifts and flowers be omitted.
