Palamanui LLC will give the University of Hawaii a ceremonial check for $9.68 million Tuesday at the West Hawaii Civic Center.
The developer is paying the money to the university system for construction of the first stage of the Hawaii Community College campus within the Palamanui development. The campus has been in the planning stages for nearly a decade.
