Kona Choral Society will hold an open house for the fall season 5:30-7:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Kealakehe Intermediate School band room in Kailua-Kona.
The repertoire will include J.S. Bach’s Magnificat in D, G.F. Handel’s Messiah, as well as spirited songs for the holidays.
The society has scheduled its “Bach and Handel Concert” 4 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Sheraton Kona Resort and its free annual “Joy to the World” performance at 4 p.m. Dec. 11 at Old Kona Airport State Recreation Area Pavilion.
