The Michael Strand Band performs a free concert Saturday at the Queens’ MarketPlace Coronation Pavilion.
Part of the Monthly Mini-Concert Series, the band takes the stage from 6 to 8 p.m. The Hilo-based cover band specializes in country music (modern and classic), with touches of 1970s/1980s rock and other genres. Members are Michael Strand (vocals/guitars), Bob Banks (lead guitar/vocals), Rich Bradwell (vocals/bass), and Danny Steiner (drums).
