Leonard “Boy” Kahikinaokalaikamalamalama Angay Jr., 51, of Kealakekua died Feb. 5, 2016, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Dec. 28, 1964, in Hilo, he was a bus driver for Jack’s Tours, bouncer at the former Kona Lagoon Hotel and worked at A.C.’s Restaurant, a family business.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. March 26 at the Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club at Honokohau Harbor for an 11 a.m. service, followed by luncheon and fellowship. Casual attire, no flowers.
He is survived by companion, Danette Rennoe of Kealakekua; parents, Leonard and Butchie Angay of Kailua-Kona; brother, Mark (Keala) Angay of Kapolei, Oahu, sisters, Leonora (Chris) Cho, Lana Angay, all of Kailua-Kona, Lynn Angay of Maui; four nieces, one nephew, two grandnieces; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
