The Hawaii Island Network of Artists website. www.hinartists.org, has relaunched with a goal of connecting art collectors with local artists, and showcasing Hawaii as an arts destination.
What began as a one-year research project and website, is now an ongoing resource directory, with a call to artists for open enrollment today through March 31. HINA project manager Tiffany DeEtte Shafto, who originally managed the HINA project and website on behalf of Volcano Art Center from 2012-13, relaunched the site to “showcase Hawaii for the arts destination it is” and to help connect collectors with local artists.
