Mary Elizabeth Zimoski, 94, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 29, 2016, at her residence. Born June 15, 1921, in Waco, Texas, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by son, Patrick (Pualani) McGinness of Kailua Kona; brother, Robert Moore of Laguna Nigel, Calif.; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.

Lukas Agliam-Lodivero
Lukas Kamali Agliam-Lodivero, infant, of Hilo was stillborn on Jan. 27, 2016, at Hilo Medical Center.

William Cliff
William Richard Cliff, 75, died Jan. 26, 2016, in Tahiti. Born Jan. 26, 1941, in Aurora, Ill., he was a commercial airline pilot, a Navy veteran and member of the Rotary Club of Kona Mauka and Kona Hospital Management Board.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Donations to Family Support Hawaii (familysupporthawaii.org ) or Rotary Club of Kona Mauka (P.O. Box 1544, Kealakekua, HI 96750) are requested in lieu of flowers.

Vernon “Peanut” Tadashi Fujioka, 68, of Hilo died Jan. 31, 2016, at home. Born Sept. 22, 1947, in Hilo, he was a retired carpenter and member of Piihonua Kumiai.

He is survived by son, Dean (Sandy) Fujioka of Hilo; sisters, Judy (Steve) Nitura of Las Vegas, Geri (Nate) Hering and Renee (Gary) Miyasato of Honolulu; brother, Sean Fujioka of Hilo; numerous nieces and nephews.

Violet Natsuyo Hatakenaka, 89, of Hilo died Dec. 31, 2015, Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Honomu, she was a retired clerk with the former Machida Drug Inc. and F. W. Woolworth Co., part owner of Hilo Chevron Service and member of the Hilo Coast United Church of Christ.

She is survived by son, Sidney (Gail) Hatakenaka of Hilo; brother, Eugene Sunakoda of Hilo; sister, Betsy Honmyo of Wahiawa, Oahu, Alice Sueno, Ruth Tsukimura, both of Honolulu; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Richard Alan Henderson, 69, of Keaau and Volcano died Jan. 29, 2016, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Detroit, Mich., he was a retired finish carpenter, boat builder, maintenance head at the Volcano Golf and Country Club and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Maner Hite
Maner Hite, 84, of Volcano and Honolulu, died Jan. 2, 2016, at the Hale Hoola Hamakua. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired meat inspector with state Department of Health.

Donald Jensen
Donald “Don” F. Jensen, 73, of Hilo, passed away Feb. 4, 2016, at the Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu on Oct. 7, 1942. He was a retired teacher for Roosevelt High School, Hilo High School, and Haili Christian School. He was a member of the Hilo Missionary Church and Studebaker Drivers Club.

Marilyn “Mack” Louise McIntosh, 60, of Kealakekua, died January 17, 2016, at her residence. Born April 19, 1955, in Honolulu, she was a BISAC addictions specialist, a former director of BISAC Hawaii and a Drug Court probation officer.

Tsutomu “Nick” Nekoba, 90, of Hilo died Jan. 23, 2016, at the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born in Pepeekeo, he was the owner of the former T. Nekoba Store, member of the Papaikou Hongwanji Mission and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Private services. Family requests no flowers and no koden (monetary gifts).
He is survived by brother, Atsushi Nekoba of Honolulu; adopted brother, Noboru Nekoba of Japan. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitacion “Visi” Oliveros, 88, of Milolii died Jan. 22, 2016, at her residence. Born July 2, 1927, in Mana, Kauai, she was previously employed by the Kona Inn Resort and Kona Lagoon Hotel, a past member of the Kona Inn Bowling League and a coffee farmer.
