Hawaii County officials say Spencer Beach Park will reopen at noon Tuesday.
The Department of Parks and Recreation temporarily closed the Ohaiula Beach park Tuesday to repair flood damage caused by Monday’s heavy rain over much of the Big Island.
The Kawaihae area park will reopen at noon Tuesday.
