HAGATNA, Guam — Guam residents are staying indoors Friday as Typhoon Dolphin brings maximum sustained winds of 125 miles per hour through the Mariana Islands north of the territory.
The Pacific Daily News reports only public safety and emergency response personnel should be outdoors starting at 5 a.m. Friday under the upped condition of readiness Gov. Eddie Calvo ordered for the island.
The typhoon is heading west-northwest at 15 miles per hour.
