Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union announced Wednesday it is adjusting some of its financial services to adhere to the states stay-at-home order and health recommendations.
Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union announced Wednesday it is adjusting some of its financial services to adhere to the state’s stay-at-home order and health recommendations.
Financial institutions are deemed an essential service and HCFCU will remain open with adjustments effective Thursday. The changes include offering branch services by appointment only with appointments taken by calling 930-7700 and kupuna hours from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Kaloko branch and 8:30 to 10 a.m. at other branches.
Regular drive-up service hours continue at the Hilo, Kailua-Kona and Kaloko branches. Hours for Hilo are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. Drive-up hours for Kailua-Kona are from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. The Kaloko drive-up branch will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
The credit union encouraged its members to use online or mobile banking when possible.
