Luke Kaniho of Waimea is headed to college in Montana.
Luke signed a national letter of intent with NAIA D-II school University of Montana Western to play football and pursue a degree in environmental sciences in Dillon.
Luke is a senior at Kamehameha and will be headed to Montana in mid-July for start of camp. He played for the Warriors squad as an offense tackle and defense end.
He was named BIIF First Team offense lineman in 2018 and BIIF First Team defense lineman in 2019. He was also selected to play in the REP 50 All-Hawaii Bowl in 2018 and 2019 and was also selected to play in the Polynesian All-American Bowl in California in 2020.
