Hamakua-Kohala Health expands to Waimea

A fourth Hamakua-Kohala Health office will open at 65-1230 Mamalahoa Highway in Waimea this Friday. A grand opening ceremony is planned for 10 a.m. Jan. 26.

The organization provides accessible, affordable, quality health care and educational services on the Big Island with other locations in Kapaau, Honokaa and Laupahoehoe. Appointments can be made now for Dr. Pamela McKenna, board certified in pediatrics for more than 30 years, and Dr. Eric Murray, who specializes in internal medicine with a focus on preventative care and chronic disease, by calling 930-2719.
