Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Hamakua woman who was reported missing.
Julie Kobayashi, 33, was last seen at about 8:45 p.m. on April 19 in Honokaa, according to the Hawaii Police Department. Kobayashi is described as being of Japanese descent, 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 120 pounds with medium length black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
