Beginning at 2 p.m. this Sunday, an “Outstanding in the Field” dinner will be held at Primal Cuts farm in Kapaau as part of the annual tour. The guest chef will be Noah Hester of Kamuela’s Puako Provisions & Catering. Primal Cuts farmers, Jessica Wieloh and Jim Pedersen, raise grass-fed sheep and beef cattle and grow tropical crops including breadfruit, coconuts, papayas, bananas and hot peppers.
