Tiffany Leialoha Esperago, 32, died Aug. 31, 2013, in Eugene, Ore. She was born Jan. 6, 1981 in Hilo.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 9 at Living Stones Church on Alii Drive. Lunch will follow.
She is survived by mother, Alisha Paul of Hawaiian Ocean View Estates; father, Micheal Esperago of Pahoa; sisters, Brandy Gomes of Kailua-Kona, Michelle Werner of Galveston, Texas; half-sister, Kelsy Miyake-Kamahele of Kailua-Kona; brothers, Cody Esperago of Kailua-Kona; half-brothers, Lane Miyake-Kamahele and Jake Miyake-Kamahele, both of Oahu; grandparents, Carol Paul and Kanui Esperago, both of Hilo, James Paul of Kailua-Kona; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Margaret Veriato
Margaret Agnes Ah Sing Veriato, 91, of Hilo died Nov. 2, 2013, at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. Nov. 12 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 6:30 p.m. wake. Friends may call again at 9 a.m. Nov. 13 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial follows at Homelani Memorial Park. Family requests casual attire be worn.
She is survived by sons, Franklin Veriato of Hilo, Steven Veriato of Texas, Rodney Veriato of Washington; daughter, Valerie Victorine of Hilo; brothers, Raymond Ah Sing of Wahiawa, Oahu, Walter Ah Sing of California, Melvin Ah Sing of Hilo; sisters, Katherine Lopez of Wahiawa, Oahu, Rosemarie Ciaramitaro, Agnes Ah Sing and Betty Lou Melanson, all of California; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Jane Webb
Jane Knowles Webb, 92, of Kailua-Kona and Weston, Mass., died Nov. 1, 2013, at her home. Born in Milton, Mass., she was a retired college professor, author and peace activist.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. Nov. 12 for a celebration of life at the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club pavilion, 78-6800 Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona. She is survived by husband, Robert Webb of Kailua-Kona; sons, Philip (Claudia) Webb of Arlington Heights, Ill., R. Scott (Jessica) Webb of Montclair, N.J.; daughter, Betsy (Rick) Guyre-Allen of Ocean View and Pukalani, Maui; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild, numerous cousins.
Shirley Helms
Shirley Catherine Slaughter Helms, 89, of Waimea died Oct. 25, 2013, at home. Born April 30, 1924, in Denver, she was a homemaker.

Chieko Iwasaki
Chieko Iwasaki, 95, of Hilo died Oct. 20, 2013, in the Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Facility. Born July 28, 1918, in Honolulu, she was a retired bookkeeper for the American Trading Co. in Hilo and member of Hilo Meishoin Buddhist Temple Kyodan and Fujinkai and the Lower Kawailani Kumiai.
Private services were held. Family requests no flowers or monetary offerings.
She is survived by daughters, Lillian Lebel and Janice Ikawa, both of Hilo; brother, Akira Fujimoto of Hilo; sister, Emiko Kamei of Honolulu; hanai daughter, April Fely of Puna; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Kenji Murota, 96, of Hilo died Oct. 25, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Paia, Maui, he was the retired owner of the former K. Murota Bus Service.

Wayne Masaichi Okada, 79, of Hilo died Oct. 22, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born April 4, 1934, in Hawi, he was a retired fumigator and retired proprietor of Okada’s Termite Control.

Arthur “Seibo” Seiya Saiki, 76, of Holualoa died Nov. 2, 2013, at his residence. Born Oct. 19, 1937, in Honolulu, he was a retired meat cutter for Matsuyama Store and former carpenter.
