George R. Paasch Jr., 68, of Pahoa, died Sept. 21, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. Oct. 11 at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral for a 10 a.m. service. Burial will follow at noon at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery 2.
He is survived by wife, Carolina Paasch of Pahoa; sons, George (Francine) Paasch III of Hilo, Anthony (Kandice Nacis) Paasch of Hilo; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
