The Hawaii Island United Way presents “An Evening in Paradise,” a food and wine extravaganza from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows’ Hale Hoaloha Pavillion. Featured will be gourmet fare prepared by 20 of Hawaii Island’s finest chefs, spirits, desserts and entertainment by Keahi Conjugacion.
