Kelly “Kelly Boy” Loo Jr., 50, of Honolulu died April 17, 2013, in Oro Valley, Ariz. Born July 8, 1962, in Honokaa, he was a teamster with Entertainment Partners, also had worked for Omni and Rich International Airlines, Jolene’s Kau Kau Korner, Waipio Valley/Big Island Tours and Hamakua Sugar Co.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. May 3 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Honokaa Chapel. Friends may again call at 9 a.m. May 4 at the church for an 11 a.m. service. Burial follows at Kukuihaele County Cemetery. Family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by companion, Shane Bush of Oro Valley, Ariz.; sons, Keoni Bush-Loo, Kamuela Bush-Loo, Kala Bush-Loo, Kala’i Bush-Loo and Kaimana Bush-Loo, all of Oro Valley, Ariz.; daughter, Kalia Bush-Loo of Oro Valley, Ariz.; parents, Kelly and Norma Loo Sr. of Kukuihaele; sisters, Anna (John) Reed of Kukuihaele, Prantiss (John) Bannister of Waimea; numerous nieces and nephews.
