Police seek leads on missing Puna woman

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 31-year-old Kurtistown woman reported missing.

According to police, Jannefer Kaspar was last seen walking in the Orchidland Estates subdivision in Kurtistown on Dec. 26, but wasn’t reported missing until recently.

She’s described as 5-feet-5-inches tall, about 120 pounds, with a light complexion, shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes.

Kaspar is known to frequent Hilo and Puna. She’s considered an endangered missing person and may need medical assistance.

Anyone with information on Kaspar’s location is asked to call the Hawaii Police Department’s nonemergency line at (808) 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300.
