‘Coffee With a Cop’ events this month
The Hawaii Police Department invites the public to join officers for two “Coffee With a Cop” events in North and South Kohala this month.
The events will be held:
ADVERTISING
— Today from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at McDonald’s of Waimea, 65-1154 Mamalahoa Highway.
— Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 10:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. at King’s View Café of Kapa‘au, 54-3897 Akoni Pule Highway.
Join your neighbors and the department’s Community Policing Officers for coffee and conversation during these informal talk story sessions. “Coffee With a Cop” aims to build relationships, one cup at a time, between police officers and the people they serve.
