Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 31-year-old Puna man they say is known to be “armed and dangerous.”
Alexander Ikieola Garcia Kauwe of Keaau is wanted for several outstanding warrants.
Kauwe is described as 5-feet-5-inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has numerous visible tattoos.
