Edith Anne Ministero, 68, of Pahoa, died June 7 at home. Born in Nashville, Tenn., she was a retired hairstylist and full-time grandmother. Private services held. Celebration of life at a later date. Survived by son, Kekai Ward Ministero of Keaau; daughter, Aurora (Kekoa) Enriquez of Pahoa; brothers, Mark (Trish) Devlin of Louisville, Colo., and Craig (Elaine) Devlin of Cornwall, N.Y.; four grandchildren; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Nani Anne Lee

Nani Anne Lee, 72, of Waimea died April 26. Born in Honolulu, she was an attorney, educator and life-long learner. Private services. Survived by son, Kalei Rapoza of Waimea; daughter, Kulu‘ua Rapoza; brother, Lono (Louise) Lee; sister, Kehau Buholm; a granddaughter; cousins nieces, and nephews. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.

Calvin Shigeki Uyeda

Calvin Shigeki Uyeda, 89, of Hilo died May 10 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired civil engineer for the county Traffic Division and the former Hawaiian Tel, member of Hale Pule Ke Ola Hou and U.S. Army veteran. Private services. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts). Survived by wife, Charlotte Uyeda of Hilo; children, Jay (Carolyn) Uyeda of Kailua-Kona, Jill (Phillip) Bisel of Hilo and Jeffrey (Kelli) Uyeda of Waipahu, Oahu; six grandchildren. Jan Takeko Yokota

Jan Takeko Yokota, 67, of Hilo, died June 21 at home. Born in Osaka, Japan, she was a retired 5th grade teacher who taught at Laupahoehoe, Mountain View and Keaau elementary schools and member of Hawaii State Teachers Association-Retired and National Education Association. Private services held. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts). Survived by husband, Melvin Yokota of Hilo; daughter, Joy (Ryan Hall) Yokota of Arizona; an uncle, an aunt, cousins.
