Phillip William Neal
Phillip William Neal, 80, of Hilo died Feb. 13 at home. Born in Hilo, he was a retired Honolulu Fire Department firefighter engineer, federal firefighter on Wake Island, worked for Aloha Airlines Cargo, was a pa‘u rider and U.S. Army veteran.
