Hawai‘i County Department of Parks and Recreation announced the following 2024 keiki track and field meets for Hilo and Kona on Tuesday:
West Hawai‘i
• 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, at Kealakehe High School
East Hawai‘i
• 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at Waiakea High School
Those interested (ages 6-14) are allowed to compete in two total meets and three events each. Participants choosing to compete in more than one event in each meet must select at least one running event and one field event — not exclusively choose either track or field.
