Ignacio Eclipse
Ignacio “Rusty” Eclipse, 89, of Hilo died April 4 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Kukaiau, Laupahoehoe, he was a retired tour bus driver for the former Arquero’s U-Drive and Tours, Laupahoehoe Transit, Jacks Tours and a member of the Kilauea Hawaii Pidgin Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Lanell Oromo
Lanell Kisayo Otomo, 47, of Hilo, died July 21 at home. She was born in Hilo and was a graduate of Waiakea High School and the Devry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, Arizona and formerly worked as an electronic engineer for Boeing in Los Angeles and most recently was a billingcCoder with Clinical Labs in Hilo, and was also a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 9-10:30 a.m. Friday (Sept. 15) at the Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Prayer service at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at the Alae Cemetery with lunch to follow at the Papaikou Hongwanji Mission YBA Hall. Casual attire, no flowers, but lei are welcomed.
