Ernest Noa Makaike Louaillier, 94, of Kealakekua, HI, died March 3, 2023 in Volcano, Hawaii. Dorothy May Saxby, 90, of Kurtistown, passed peacefully on Monday, March 13, 2023 at her home Born April 15, 1932, in Kuranda, Queensland, Australia; she was a retired Office Manager for Puna Certified Nursey, Inc. Shirley Enoki

Shirley Setsuyo Enoki, 86, of Hilo, Hawaii, died March 14, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Hilo, and retired from the County of Hawaii Legislative Auditor’s Office as an Administrative Assistant. She was a member of the Hilo Meishoin Buddhist Temple. Private services held. Nellie Salmo Davis, 42, of Naalehu, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023, in Seattle, Washington, born on November 2, 1980, in Pahala; she was a teacher at Naalehu Elementary School and a member of the Naalehu Sacred Heart Catholic Church. An all-night vigil will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, from 5 p.m. Friends may call on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Naalehu Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Visitation from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.; Celebration of Mass at 10 a.m. Burial at the Naalehu Community Cemetery. Kahilihiwa Ka’aukai Kipapa, 78, of Kula, Maui died Mar. 25 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, she was a tour bus driver for Maui Island Tours, member of the Royal Order Na Wahine O Kamehameha, Ahahui Ka’ahumanu and Hale O Na Alii. Visitation from 9-11 a.m. Monday (April 17, 2023) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel; funeral service at 11. Cremation to follow. A celebration of her life will take place from 9-2 p.m. Thursday (April 20, 2023) at the Hale Nanea Club House in Kahului, Maui. Albert Canitberos, Jr

Albert Canitberos, Jr., 70, of Kaohe, South Kona, Hawaii died April 4, 2023 at his residence. Born in Honolulu, on May 21, 1952, he worked for the state of Hawaii’s Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS). He was a member of the Honaunau Head Hunters Motorcycle Club (HHH); former assistant coach for Kona Marlins football and baseball, Honaunau Athletic Club and member of the Keoua Canoe Club. He is survived by his wife, Shirlene Cantiberos; son, Kainoa Cantiberos and daughter, Nunu Arsenault, all of Kaohe.; brother, Andrew (Sheila) Cantiberos of Kona; sisters, Losana Minor of Las Vegas, NV., Charlene (Brian) Cantiberos Hirata of Las Vegas, NV., Denise (Gregory) Cantiberos Fadem of Kailua Kona and Kathleen Cantiberos Gouveia of Las Vegas, NV numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
