Trojans volleyball sweeps Parker

PAHALA — The Ka‘u High School boys varsity volleyball team swept Parker School on Thursday evening.

The first set was neck and neck, and concluded with the Trojans winning 27-25.

Ka‘u began to establish its dominance in set two, pulling off a 25-17 victory.

The Trojans ended the third set with a resounding, 25-12 win.

Tyson Junior Kuahuia-Faafia had a massive game, notching a whopping 20 kills and an ace.

Adahdiyah Ellis-Reyes also has success up front and was a dangerous server with six kills and six aces.

Karsen Polido-Tuaifaiva notched five kills and two aces, and Patrick Riehle recorded four kills and an ace.
