Sean Riehl Phelan, 52, of Volcano, died Jan. 1, 2023, at home. Born in Spokane, Wash., he was a master roofer and craftsman. Private service held. Leonila Cabanting
Leonila delos Santos Cabanting, 94, Keaau, died Jan. 6, 2023, at her residence. Born Jan. 17, 1928, San Isidro, Santa Maria, Isabela, Philippines, she was a passionate gardener and farmer and a member of the Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
