Helen Mc Iver

Helen Ann Lee Mc Iver, 79, of Hilo, died Dec. 10, 2022 in Hilo. Born March 5, 1943, in Queens, New York; she retired from Bank of Hawaii and American Savings Bank. Celebration of life will be held at a later date. She is survived by daughters, Neva (Hansen) Tsang and Kelly Lee (Stanley) Wilbur of Hilo; son, Paul (Wilma) Mc Iver of Sarasota, Florida; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Illinois Rosario-Ilae

Illinois Ululani Rosario-Ilae, 78, of Hilo, died Aug. 11, 2022 in Hilo. Born on Oahu in 1944, she was the owner of Orchid Island Rubbish and Recycle, Recycling Systems Hawaii, and Hawaiian Cracked Glass Products, and member of Kiwanis Club and KIAA. Private services held. She is survived by son, Lopaka Costa Sr.; daughter, Jennie Costa-Akana; sister, Illona Honig; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Myles Hulama Sr.

Myles Michael Kanu Hulama Sr., 57, of Kawaihae and Waikoloa died Oct. 28, 2022, at Queen’s Medical Center on Oahu. Born on Oahu, he was a construction apprentice, former member of the Waiakea Warriors Basketball Team, former sponsored BMX Biker and an avid Halalu fisherman. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. He is survived by wife, Kellie Hulama of Kawaihae and Waikoloa; sons, Myles Michael Kanu (Cymberlyn) Hulama of Waimea, Kinohi David Dean Hulama of Waikoloa; daughter, Kawailani Ginger Haleola Hulama of Waikoloa; sister, Myra (Eric) Hironaga of Keaau hanai son, Christian Gary Godoy of Hawaiian Paradise Park; hanai brother, John (Joyce) Nalimu of Hilo; sister-in-law, Anita (Chris) Godoy of Kohala; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
