Jeffrey Reinke
Jeffrey S. Reinke, 55, of Kealakekua, died Dec. 17, 2021, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Dec. 4, 1966, in Twin Falls, Idaho, he was a woodworker.

He is survived by son, Justin Reinke; parents, Ralph and Carolyn Reinke of Nampa, Idaho; brothers, David (Jeannie) Reinke of Meridian, Idaho, and Stephen Reinke of Montana; sister, Jeanette McCown of Montana; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Philibert Kwiatkowski
Philibert “Ski” F. Kwiatkowski, 74, of Puu Hue, died Dec. 23, 2021, at his residence. Born April 11, 1947, in Honolulu, he was a former police officer for the Honolulu Police Department, retired chief of security for the Royal Waikoloan, a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran, and a member of the Royal Order of Kamehameha, Kohala Chapter.

He is survived by wife, Darlene Kwiatkowski of Puu Hue; step-daughter, Michelle (Mark Nakamoto) Hanano of Waimea; step-son, Derrick (Ericka Misiak) Hanano of Waimea; brother, Michael Kwiatkowski of California; sister, Noel (Arnold) Makowsky of Port Charlotte, Florida; grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Baron Ebesugawa
Baron Toshio Ebesugawa, 68, of Hilo died Jan. 8, 2022, at his residence. Born in Hilo, he was a delivery person for the former Ebesu’s Limited and Ebesugawa Sisters Florist and a member of Central Christian Church and the Hilo Lion’s Club.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Feb. 11 for visitation at Dodo Mortuary chapel; private service at 10. Inurnment to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
He is survived by brothers, Cary (Joni) Ebesugawa and John (Angie) Ebesugawa, all of Hilo, and Duane (Martina) Ebesugawa of San Francisco; sister, Mary (Patrick) Nishi of Honolulu; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
