How refreshing
I renewed my driver’s license today. What a different experience from two years ago. It started with an email to the DMV requesting info on how to renew by mail. Someone actually called me and explained what was involved, and I decided that “in-person” would be way less complicated. The rep on the phone offered to make me an appointment.
I showed up and was in and out in 20 minutes. The DMV staff were all efficient and friendly. Someone in charge actually implemented changes over the past two years that made a difference. How refreshing to find one of our government agencies that has improved their service.

Where are the animal cruelty charges?
It is not ever tolerable to tie an animal to a vehicle that could be driven. When will animal cruelty charges be brought against the person who tied the dog to the trailer hitch of the truck?

Thank you for being awesome
Thank you very much to the customers of KTA Waikoloa for being “super awesome” people. Although I take a long trek every day I work at KTA Waikoloa from Waimea, it is worth it to greet and meet such awesome people.
Numerous Waikoloa Village residents have told me I made a positive difference to the area after only three months. It’s really the holy spirit in me and I owe all the glory to the greatest Jesus Christ.
Again, thank you for being such “super awesome” customers as well as awesome human beings. It is and always will be a blessing to greet and meet you people. You people make Waikoloa Village’s image “super awesome” and thank you for your prayers. Last, but, not least, special recognition has to be given to Assistant Manager Pauline “Nina” King who has done an outstanding job. Enough said.
