To comply with COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, Hilo hosted a drive-through event in the parking lot of the Hawaii County building.
Businesses, nonprofits and individuals set up tents to give away gift bags with goodies and information.
Drag queens also performed a show for cars parked in the parking lot at the end of the line.
