Big Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating a 38-year-old Kaʻu man who was reported missing more than a year ago.
Christopher-Jay K. Baird was last seen Nov. 30, 2019, in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision in Kaʻu, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as being “local” with a medium build, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He may frequent the Kailua-Kona area.
