Tsuino Yoshiki
Tsuino Yoshiki, 106, of Kailua-Kona died March 8, 2021, at Kona Community Hospital. Born April 19, 1914, in Waimea, she was a room maid at the former Kona Surf Hotel and Kona Village Resort, a pantry worker at the Kona Inn and a member of Kona Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.
Private services will be held at later date. The family requests no flowers or koden (monetary contributions).
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

David Keahonui Kahihikolo, Jr., 84, of Hilo, died March 2, 2021, at home. He was born in Hilo and was a retired sheet metal worker with Custom Sheet Metal and a member of the Hawaii Sheet Metal Workers Union, Local 501.
Visitation 4-6 p.m. March 22 at the Dodo Mortuary chapel. A prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. Graveside committal service 8:30 a.m. March 23 at the Homelani Memorial Park. Seating is limited and face masks and social distancing are required. Casual attire.

Daniel Verley Teeters, 74, of Pahoa, died Sept. 16, 2020 at the Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Los Angeles and was a retired welder and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Audrey Pakani
Audrey Leinaala “Travis” Pakani, 79, of Waiokawa, Hawaii, died Jan. 24, 2021, at her family’s residence. Born in Hilo on Dec. 31, 1941, she worked for Honolulu City Hall, Koehnen’s Trucking Company, Hilo Kim Chee Company, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was involved with many Native Hawaiian interests including Moani Keala Akaka, Protect Kahoolawe, Waimea (Parker Ranch) with Sonny Kaniho, Kamaoa, Kau, Kukailimoku Village and more.

Albert Kaleikini Kepano, 70 of Hilo, died March 14, 2021 at his home. Born in Kalaoa (Kona), he was a retired contractor and a member of Jehovah.

Ichiro Ito
Ichiro “Ichi” Ito, 96, of Kapaau, died March 27, 2020, at home. Born June 26, 1923, in Kohala, he was retired from Kohala Nursery and the former Kohala Sugar Co., worked at K. Takata Store, was a U.S. Army World War II veteran and a member of Hawi Jodo Mission.
Private family service 10 a.m. March 27, 2021 at the Ito residence. Urn committal service at noon March 30 at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery.
He is survived by wife, Jerby Ito of Kapaau; step-children, Alfredo Ayoso and Moana (Glen) Cornelio of Kapaau, Luana (Layne) Corpuz of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
