May Eclipse
May Ayako Eclipse, 84, of Mountain View, died Nov. 18, 2020, at Legacy Hilo Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born May 8, 1936, in Hilo, she retired from Hawaii County Economic Office, was a substitute teacher, and a library assistant. She also previously worked for KTA Puainako Superstore postal substation as a mail clerk and an assistant manager for Arquero’s U-Drive, Taxi and Tours in Kona

She is survived by husband, Ignacio Eclipse of Mountain View; brother, Mitsuo (Yaeko) Kitagawa of Hilo; daughters, Sherelyn (Orlando Ujano) Eclipse-Ujano and Terry-Lee (Timothy) Shigemi of Hilo; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and hanai families.

Fillmore Lorenzo
Fillmore Domingo Lorenzo, 95, of Papaikou, died Sept. 30, 2020, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Nov. 22, 1924, Laoag City, Philippines, he was a retired sugar processor plant operator for the former Hilo Coast Processing Company in Pepeekeo, and was a member of the First United Protestant Church in Hilo.
Friends may call on Dec. 18 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, visitation from 5-6:30 p.m.; Service at 6:30 p.m. Friends may call again on Dec. 19 from 8-10 a.m. with funeral service at 10 a.m. Face masks and social distancing required. Burial at Homelani Memorial Park (Ilima Section).
Survived by wife, Melecia Lorenzo of Papaikou; daughter, Katrina Lorenzo of Papaikou; numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna Roe
Donna Rae Roe, 72 of Hilo, died Nov. 1, 2020. Born in Cleveland, OH, she was a retired travel agent for the Travel Shoppe. She was a long-time resident at San Jose, CA.
No services will be held.
She is survived by her spouse, David Roe of Hilo; and half-sister, Laura Ziffer.

Gary Hayashi
Gary Katsuto Hayashi, 76, of Hilo, died Aug. 6, 2020, at the Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was a combustion controlman foreman with HELCO, owner of Gary’s Auto Air, a member of the Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin, Lincoln Wreckers and Kaohana golf clubs.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Survived by wife, Olga Hayashi of Hilo; daughters, Kristy (Sean) Sasaki of Mililani and Cathy (Jason) Ariki of Hilo; sister, Mineko Takeuchi of California; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
