Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man who is wanted for two outstanding bench warrants and questioning regarding two separate abuse of a family or household member investigations.
Forty-year-old David Gouveia is known to frequent the Holualoa area, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
