Gov. David Ige said this afternoon he has signed a new supplemental emergency proclamation that will extend the mandatory 14-day quarantine on out-of-state travelers from June 30 to July 31.

He said the proclamation will also extend the moratorium on evictions for renters because of the economic impact of the COVID-19 until the end of July as well.

The 14-day mandatory quarantine on interisland travelers will be lifted on June 16.
