DOE conducting survey on distance learning

The state Department of Education seeking input from parents and guardians of studnets enrolled at any public or charter school on their experience with distance learning.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and is avialble in English, Ilokano, Chuukese, Tagalog and Marshallese through June 30, according to the department.

Those who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a prize drawing for a new iPad or Chromebook, according to the department. All surveys are completely confidential.

Survey results are intended to help the department and schools better understand the progression of distance learning and areas of need across the state. Feedback is essential in planning for the new school year, the department said.
