Perfecto Quilausing
Perfecto Quilausing, 97, of Mountain View, died March 16, 2020, at his residence. Born April 18, 1922, in Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was a retired bookkeeper for the former Puna Sugar Co. and a member of various bowling leagues.

He is survived by son, Oscar Quilausing of Keaau; daughters, Wilma (Peter) Chenosky of Michigan and Estra (Harvey Okamura) Quilausing of Kailua, Oahu; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

Eones Kalawe
Eones Kalawe, 62, of Keaau, died March 5, 2020, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Aug. 9, 1958, in Marshall Islands, she was a homemaker.

He is survived by partner, Tony Jirokle of Keaau; children, Miriam (Hiroshi) Lemae of Marshall Islands, Sonny (Virginia) Kalawe of Kalihi, Oahu, Emila (Daniel) Jirokle Lawin of Arkansas, Lawrence (Kanani) Kalawe of Pahoa and Nicole (Richard) Soswe of Hilo; 20 grandchildren; sisters, Binake Dellatan of Waianae and Hellen Larkins of Marshall Islands; brother, Alan Ake of Marshall Islands; numerous nieces and nephews.

Norman Irie
Norman Hideo Irie, 69, of Pepeekeo, died Feb. 11, 2020, at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Honohina, he was retired from Hawaiian Airlines, a former diesel mechanic, U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran, 82nd Airborne Division and member of Honomu Hongwanji Mission.
Private services. Family requests no monetary gifts or flowers.
He is survived by wife, Karen Irie of Pepeekeo; daughter, Erin Irie of Honolulu; son, Noren Irie of Hilo; brothers, Glenn (Bonnie) Irie of Hilo, Gary Irie of Anchorage, Alaska; sister, Faye Kamehaiku of Pahoa; a grandson, numerous nieces and nephews.
