Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s help locating two girls last seen nearly a year ago in Kailua-Kona.
Allanie Duarte (also known as Allanie Gouveia), 12, and Kerry-Ann Duarte (also known as Kerry-Ann Gouveia), 14, were last seen at about 10 p.m. March 29, 2019, on Kalani Street, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
Allanie Duarte is described as being 5 feet, 2 inches, 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a 5-inch scar on her right forearm. Kerry-Ann Duarte is described as being 5 feet, 3 inches, 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are also looking for the children’s 39-year-od Mother, Ucila Mililani Duarte, according police, who added the woman may know the location of both daughters. She is known to frequent the areas of Kona and Hilo and may be operating a 2004 Silver Ford Sedan bearing License Plate No. ZGE962.
