Award-winning composer and pianist Philip Howard is returning to perform at the Hawaiian Queen Coffee Garden for the third annual New Year’s concert in Kona.
This summer, Philip’s debut album “Connected” and the compositions were honored with a silver medal for outstanding achievement by the Global Music Awards.
His holiday single “Carol of the Bells” was selected for a weekly Spotify editorial list for New Classical Releases and garnered over 14 thousand listens on that platform in just a week. It currently holds the No. 10 spot on the One World Music Radio Top 40 Single Chart.
Philip will be performing favorites from his debut album as well a new material.
The solo piano concert will take place at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hawaiian Queen Coffee Garden in Kailua-Kona. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
