James Okimoto
James Mitsuru Okimoto, 90, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, died Oct. 26, 2019 at Kona Community Hospital. Born Aug. 6, 1929, in Puuwaawaa, he was a sales manager for Gaspro and a member of Daifukuji Soto Mission and Kailua Shita Kumiai.
Private services held.
He is survived by his sons, Perry (Linda) Okimoto of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Darren (Anita) Okimoto of Kailua-Kona; brother, Ernest Okimoto of Kailua-Kona; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Victor Thomas
Victor Charles Thomas, 82, of Kailua-Kona, died Sept. 21, 2019, at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born Sept. 8, 1937, in Wilkes-Barren, Penn., he was a computer planner for IBM Computer Co.; a senior advisory planner for future projects; a U.S. Navy veteran and life member of the VFW.
A memorial service will be held at noon Dec. 23, 2019, at the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery in Kailua-Kona. The family requests casual attire.
He is survived by wife, Elsa Thomas of Kailua-Kona; daughter, Tammy (Jeff) Davis of Kailua-Kona; sons, Mark Thomas of San Jose, Calif., and Matthew Thomas of Denver, Colo.; sister, Beverly Spaid of Pennsylvania; brother, Ronald (Maureen) Thomas of Travis, Calif.; four grandchildren.

Belle Churchill
Belle Augusta Churchill of Ocean View, died on Dec. 7, 2019, in Keakakekua, Hawaii. Born on June 13, 1953, in Provo, Utah, she worked as a trainer at Borders Books.

She is survived by spouse, Eric Davis; son, Joshua J. (Brittany) Schaper of Las Vegas; brother, Joseph (Donna) Martin of Las Vegas, and one grandchild.

Vincent Pereira, Jr.
Vincent Louis Pereira, Jr., 49, of Mountain View, died Nov. 16, 2019, at Hilo Medical Center. Born on Sept. 23, 1970, in Hilo, he was an educational assistant for the Department of Education State of Hawaii at Hilo High School and he also was a member of the Hawaiian Iron Motorcycle Club and Hustlers Golf Club.
Friends may call 4-6:30 p.m. Dec. 21 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel for a 6:30 p.m. celebration of life. Casual attire; Flowers and lei are welcomed. Cremation at Dodo Mortuary Crematory.
