George Wilkins
George Albert Wilkins, 87, of Kailua-Kona, died Aug. 27, 2019, at his residence. Born Oct. 18, 1931, in Portland, Ore., he was a GS15 Navy physicist, a senior scientist consultant with the University of Hawaii Institute of Geophysics, a vice chair for the NAACP, Hawaii Governor’s task force on Oceans, Sea Grant Advisory Board and advisory committee for the Board of Water Supply.
Services will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his son, George Wilkins of Kailua-Kona; daughters, Teri (Jeff) Leicher and Michelle (John Reiner) Wilkins of Kailua-Kona; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Walter Spencer
Walter Spencer, of Kailua-Kona, died on Jan. 17, 2019, in Kailua-Kona. Born on June 23, 1933, he served as a Marine and worked as an elementary teacher in Holualoa.
Military honors and placement will be noon Sept. 19 at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery.
He is survived by children and grandchildren unknown.
Arden Toguchi
Arden Mamoru Toguchi, 48, of Keaau, died Aug. 18, 2019, in the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born Sept. 6, 1970, in Hilo, he was employed by Big Island Toyota in Hilo as the parts manager, part-time DJ and co-proprietor of the former A &J Mobile Audio shop in Hilo.
Visitation will be 3:30-5 p.m. Sept. 20 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo. Memorial service will begin at 5 p.m. Casual attire.
He is survived by wife, Marcie Toguchi of Keaau; parents, Isamu and Hiroko Toguchi of Pahoa; sister, Joyce (Myles) Taniguchi of Las Vegas, Nevada; parents-in-law; one sister-in-law; numerous nephews and nieces.

Norman Kiso
Norman Masatoshi Kiso, 81, of Mountain View, died Aug. 27, 2019, at the Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Hospice Facility. Born in Kona, he was the owner of an automotive transmission repair shop, retired mechanic at Cutter Ford on Oahu and a veteran of the U.S. States Army.
Private services held.
He is survived by brother, Tadayuki Kiso of Mountain View; sisters, Jane (Elven) Iwashita of Hilo, Jean (Noel) Kubota of Hilo; one brother-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews.

Ramon Pajo
Ramon Pera Pajo, 92, of Pepeekeo, died Sept. 8, 2019 at home. Born Aug. 31, 1927, in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was retired from Hilo Coast Processing Company.
Friends may call at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 23 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial follows at noon at Mauna Kea Memorial Park. Family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by wife, Virginia Pajo of Pepeekeo; sons, Hiram (Stacy) Pajo of Honolulu, Patrick Pajo and Max (Laura) Pajo of Hilo; brother, Rufo (Aida) Pajo of Corona, Calif.; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
