Albert Ah Sing Jr.
Albert Ah Sing Jr., 79, of Pahoa died Aug. 28, 2019, at home. Born in Hilo, he was a retired maintenance worker with Long’s Drugs and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Visitation will be from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Sept. 13 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
He is survived by wife, Barbara Ah Sing of Pahoa; sons, Albert Ray (Cortney) Ah Sing of Wheat Ridge, Colo. and James Alan (Jennifer) Ah Sing of Hilo; brother, Patrick (Shayne) Ah Sing of Hilo; sisters, Eileen (Derrick) Mende, Joanne (Patrick) Menino and Linda (Alan) Parker, all of Hilo; 23 grand and great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Roman Molina
Roman Moses Molina, 85, of Keaau, died Sept. 4, 2019, at the Hilo Medical. Born in Hilo, he was a retired mechanic with the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company, a member of the Waikahe Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Alu Like of Pahoa and was a Vietnam veteran of the US Army and retired from the US Army Reserve.
Visitation will be 4-5:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Dodo Mortuary chapel. A memorial prayer service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Urn committal services 9 a.m. Sept. 17 at the Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
He is survived by wife, Linda Molina of Keaau; son, Dwayne A. (Dorothy) Molina of Vancouver, British Columbia; daughters, Dwyna (James) Potter and Denise (Clarence) Pila of Hilo; hanai son, Wendell Austria of Kalapana; brother, Florentino Molina of Hilo; stepson, David A. (Lila) Pacheco of Arizona; stepdaughters, Davelyn Leinaala (John) Aniu of Keaau and Debbie-Lynn Noelani (Timothy Farias) Parker of Honolulu; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Robert Embernate Jr.
Robert Allen “Bobby” Embernate Jr., 51, of Honokaa died Aug. 19, 2019, at the Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honokaa and was a football coach and a member of the Honokaa Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Sept. 15 at the Dodo Mortuary chapel. Funeral services at 11 a.m., followed by cremation. Casual attire; no flowers.
He is survived by wife, Siupolu Embernate of Honokaa; son, Bryson Embernate of New Jersey; daughters, Brittney (Jacob Keolanui) Embernate of Kamuela, Delsey (Ephraim) Semo of Kona and Bobbie Embernate of Honokaa; mother, Joycelyn “Jolly” Embernate of Mililani; father, Robert Allen Embernate, Sr. of Honokaa; sister, Penny Ellen (Dennison DeRego) Racoma of Ookala; mother-in-law; one grandson, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lawrence Setsuo Miki, 80, of Hilo, died July 30, 2019, at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Pepeekeo, he was a retired teacher at Waiakea High School and a member of the Papaikou Hongwanji Mission.

He is survived by fiancée, Evelyn Hashizaki of Kurtistown; brother, Ernest (Kay) Miki of Honolulu; sisters, Tsukimi (Mitsuo) Murashige and Michie Kuwaye of Hilo and Carole (Donald) Fujii of Maui; two sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank Valier Cole, 63, of Hilo died Sept. 1, 2019, at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in San Pedro, Calif., he was an architectural draftsman, surfer and a car enthusiast.
