Sunday, 6:45 p.m.: Doctor Cha Yo Han is an anesthesiologist. He is a genius in his field of work, but is arrogant. Due to a malpractice incident, Cha Yo Han is sent to prison, where he meets Doctor Kang Si Young. Si Young is a second-year resident of the same department as Yo Han. She is warm, caring, and intelligent. Many patients with a similar mysterious acute or chronic pain start to accumulate in the hospital. Yo Han and Si Young try to find the cause of the mysterious illness.

Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Yeon Joo disappears on her wedding day. Jae Sang and Chairman Moon scheme to buy up Chairman Min Joon Sik’s China stocks in order to slowly take complete control of their company. Hae Ran asks Yeon Joo to wear Soo Ah’s dress to see if she is her missing daughter, but Yeon Joo adamantly refuses.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Taking Chae Rin’s advice, Yeon Joo tells Eun Hyuk to stay by her side until the day they die. Chae Rin finds out what happened to Joon Sik’s ex-wives and is warned to never go into the room next to Chairman Moon’s bedroom. Jo Pil Doo continues to search for the ransom money he was promised 20 years ago. Yeon Joo turns against Chae Rin after she is confronted with the truth.

Wednesday, 7:45 p.m: Joong Eun officially joins UDC to solve the case for screen door accident. Based on Joong Eun’s keen sense, she leads the investigation against Choi Tae Young and TL Group. On the other hand, Min Ki cannot hide the fact that he is unhappy with working as Joong Eun’s underling.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m: Min Ki and his team struggle to find evidence in the bakery employee asthma case. Joong Eun discovers the terrible truth hidden behind the screen door accident and proceeds on the dangerous investigation alone.

Saturday, 7:45 p.m: In order to save Hyeon Woo, Sang Chun makes a promise with Na Kyung in exchange for Joon Seo’s bone marrow donation. Na Kyung finds out Joon Seo is not a match, but there is another donor who is a perfect match.
