August papier mache program
The County of Hawaii Recreation program is holding a free papier maché program for children ages 7-14, 4 p.m. Aug. 20 and 27 at Hale Halawai. Children will learn to make papier maché masks on Aug. 20, then paint and decorate their creations on Aug. 27. Please plan on attending both sessions.
