KAILUA-KONA — Scores of keiki, parents and friends flocked to the shoreline at Old Kona Airport Park for the inaugural Keikis Of Da Aina Foundation Bamboo Fishing tournament held Saturday.
More than 100 kids ages 17 and younger took part in the free event put on by the nonprofit. It also featured a banquet and awards for age categories: 5 and younger; 6-9; 10-13; and 14-17.
