Bridge Club winners for April
First place finishers for the ACBL Kona Bridge Club for the month of April are listed below. There are four players at each table, North and South are partners competing against the East and West partners for each bridge contract and are scored as such.
On Monday, there are two sections competing separately (novice and advanced). Kona Bridge Club hosts ACBL games on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays at 1 p.m. at the Makua Lani Academy.

Cuaresma earns dean’s list
Alexandria Cuaresma, of Kailua-Kona, was named to the Eastern Oregon University dean’s list for the 2019 winter term.
Qualifying students achieve and maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale while completing a minimum of 12 hours of graded EOU coursework.
