Locals and visitors can meet him at the Clock Tower between 5-8 p m. Dec. 5 and 7, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 8 and 16, 5-8 p.m. Monday-Friday Dec. 17-21 and on the final day 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 22.
